I don’t design things because they look good. I want to know why it needs to exist, who it’s for, and what it actually has to do once it’s live.
Then I bring the right pieces together. Sometimes that’s one of the professional websites for service businesses I build from scratch. Other times it’s business automation systems, real business automation, taking care of client onboarding and everything else eating into your week. Usually it’s both.
My goal is that you end up with should feel like it belongs to the business you’re running today, not the one you started with.

Everything should have a job: helping people understand your business, take action, or making your work easier behind the scenes.
I ask a lot of questions. Before I write a line of copy or open Figma, I want to know how something actually works, not just what it’s supposed to look like.
That habit didn’t start with design. I used to teach physics, and it left me with a reflex for picking things apart until they make sense, then explaining them plainly. I still work that way. I’m not interested in building something that only looks good; I want to know why it needs to exist and who’s going to actually use it.
And yes, I still care about making things beautiful. That part never left.
I just don’t think design has to look like “design” to feel right. So while I’m working through your goals and how your business actually runs day to day, I’m also watching for the small details: the ones that make the final thing feel like you, not like a template.
It should look good, but more importantly, help your business communicate, connect, and move forward.
Some of the best businesses are still evolving. Your website and systems don't need to wait until everything is perfect.
People shouldn't have to work hard to understand what you do, who it's for, or what to do next.
Your website should feel like a confident representation of your business, and your systems should make running it feel a little easier.
